Making A Purchase


Sellonthe.net by Redstick Limited accepts debit and credit card payment, as well as a cheque in advance of despatch for UK customers.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro (Switch), and Solo
Please note that your Credit/Debit Card account is debited immediately by our SECURE partner, WorldPay part of The Royal Bank of Scotland. .


Total cost is shown at checkout BEFORE you confirm your transaction. All prices quoted are in Swedish SEK with and without VAT.
To keep prices as low as possible our products are sent direct to you by parcel carrier or manufacturers\' own fleet.


Delivery Schedule


We will normally deliver your order to you in 5-15 working days, depending on model and quantity ordered. If you require a product urgently, email us for availability stating model, colour and quantity. We will check if the item is available from stock and quickly deliverable to you.

N.B. Working days : excludes Saturday, Sunday and all Statutory and Bank or Public Holidays in your country.

Back Orders

In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 10 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.


Tax Charges

If you are unhappy with your purchase and advise us in writing within 7 days of receipt we will accept the return of the goods if returned at your cost, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the goods, unless faulty, is borne by the customer. The customer can use their own method of transportation, but if required, we can arrange this collection by our own carriers at the current cost price. We will return your payment within 30 days of cancellation.

Please obtain an RMA number. No goods will be accepted without this authorisation.

If the product is damaged please ensure that you mark the carriers delivery note as \"DAMAGED\". We will then arrange for either spare parts or a replacement to be sent to you. If you prefer a refund then this will be arranged after we have collected the product and we will ensure that the refund is made to you within 28 days of receipt of your request.

We will handle your complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily - always acknowledging a complaint within 5 working days, notifying you of the timescale involved and keeping you informed of our progress.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Remittance Terms

In addition to our secure online credit/debit card processing where we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta, Maestro (Switch), and Solo. Safe & Sound by Online Desks Limited is also pleased to accept cheques from UK bank accounts or electronic bank payments. Cheques must be made payable to Online Desks Limited.
Goods are not despatched until your cheque is cleared.
